My desire for sweet or savory is always changing but I find myself creating unique meals that incorporates fruit into my morning. Healthy Breakfast Idea One: Berry Blast Smoothie
A fun, simple smoothie to start off the week. You can always mix and match the fruits of choice. Sometimes, I enjoy blueberries instead of strawberries.

– 1/2-1 cup of almond milk 🥛(depending on desired consistency)

Here’s an easily customizable breakfast 🌞
It’s commonly known as a papaya boat 😋
– 1/2 papaya
– Greek yogurt (@stonyfield)

1. Cut the papaya in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds
2. Add Greek yogurt
3. Slice a kiwi into slices
4. Add topping of choice, such as granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts or some more fruit! 🥝🍑🫐🍌
Final Healthy Breakfast Idea Three: Buckwheat Pancakes
This is a fun twist to regular pancakes with some unique benefits due to the buckwheat.
- 8 oz buckwheat
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
