Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day! I am sharing healthy breakfast ideas that are fulfilling and satisfying. My desire for sweet or savory is always changing but I find myself creating unique meals that incorporates fruit into my morning. One of my goals was to incorporate breakfast into my daily morning routine. Alongside my breakfast, I always enjoy an elixir with 26 superfoods to provide additional nourishment. I love incorporating these healthy breakfast ideas into my morning routine because it allows me to have a variety of foods and use different fruits depending on what I have on hand.These combinations allow me to have something to look forward to everyday. A fun, simple smoothie to start off the week. You can always mix and match the fruits of choice. Sometimes, I enjoy blueberries instead of strawberries.

dEATS: 

  • 1 banana 🍌 
  • frozen strawberries 🍓 
  • almond milk 🥛

  • optional granola 🌞

Base:
– 1/2-1 cup of almond milk 🥛(depending on desired consistency) 
– Scoop chocolate protein powder🍫
– 1 frozen banana 🍌 
– 1/2 cup of mangoes 🥭 

Toppings: 
– tsp of chia seeds 🌿
– tsp of hemp seeds🌿
– @originenaturals cinnamon 🍨

Here’s an easily customizable breakfast 🌞

It’s commonly known as a papaya boat 😋 
– 1/2 papaya
– Greek yogurt (@stonyfield)
– Kiwi 
– Granola (@naturespathorganic

How to: 
1. Cut the papaya in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds 
2. Add Greek yogurt 
3. Slice a kiwi into slices 
4. Add topping of choice, such as granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts or some more fruit! 🥝🍑🫐🍌

This is a fun twist to regular pancakes with some unique benefits due to the buckwheat.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz buckwheat
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

    Yummy! Avocado toast and Buckwheat pancakes!!! Actually I would eat hardy any and all of those delectable items but the main two or actually to me the dessert would be those I mentioned!
    I just had a chicken dinner with all of the fixings but now I’m getting an appetite for these! I better go hiking with my dog and work up a sweat then I’m good to go for a second course meal!

    Ohhhh I love these ideas!!!! The mango bowl is similar to what I make in the mornings but I need to add your other meals into my breakfasts !
