Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day! I am sharing healthy breakfast ideas that are fulfilling and satisfying. My desire for sweet or savory is always changing but I find myself creating unique meals that incorporates fruit into my morning. One of my goals was to incorporate breakfast into my daily morning routine. Alongside my breakfast, I always enjoy an elixir with 26 superfoods to provide additional nourishment. – 1/2-1 cup of almond milk 🥛(depending on desired consistency) 
– Scoop chocolate protein powder🍫
– 1 frozen banana 🍌 
– 1/2 cup of mangoes 🥭

It’s commonly known as a papaya boat 😋 
– 1/2 papaya
– Greek yogurt (@stonyfield)
– Kiwi

How to: 
1. Cut the papaya in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds 
2. Add Greek yogurt 
3. Slice a kiwi into slices 
4. Add topping of choice, such as granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts or some more fruit! 🥝🍑🫐🍌
