Healthy Breakfast Idea One: Berry Blast Smoothie

A fun, simple smoothie to start off the week. You can always mix and match the fruits of choice. Sometimes, I enjoy blueberries instead of strawberries.

Base:
– 1/2-1 cup of almond milk π₯(depending on desired consistency)
– Scoop chocolate protein powderπ«
– 1 frozen banana π

Papaya Bowl
Hereβs an easily customizable breakfast π

Itβs commonly known as a papaya boat π
– 1/2 papaya
– Greek yogurt (@stonyfield)
– Kiwi
– Granola (@naturespathorganic)
How to:
1. Cut the papaya in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds
2. Add Greek yogurt
3. Slice a kiwi into slices
4. Add topping of choice, such as granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, nuts or some more fruit! π₯ππ«π
Final Healthy Breakfast Idea Three: Buckwheat Pancakes

This is a fun twist to regular pancakes with some unique benefits due to the buckwheat.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz buckwheat
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg

Yummy! Avocado toast and Buckwheat pancakes!!! Actually I would eat hardy any and all of those delectable items but the main two or actually to me the dessert would be those I mentioned!
I just had a chicken dinner with all of the fixings but now I’m getting an appetite for these! I better go hiking with my dog and work up a sweat then I’m good to go for a second course meal!
